It also contributes a deep golden to brown color to finished beers. Use this malt as 5-10% of your mash bill to increase complexity in IPAs, ESBs, amber ale, nut brown ale, and dark styles like porters.

This malt has 2.5% moisture and a 75% yield on grind. This malt yields an SRM of 28 for a warm golden color. It's perfect for use in commercial breweries and is available in a 50 lb. bulk bag to keep your operation well-stocked!
