It also contributes a subtle amber color with coppery-orange hues to finished beers. Use this malt as 1-5% of your mash bill to add honey and sweet bread flavors to light beers, at 5-10% for complex honey, graham cracker, and malty flavor in ales and dark beers, or at 10-20% for prominent flavors of fresh-baked biscuit, honey, and brown sugar.

This malt has 4.5% moisture and an 82% yield on grind. This malt yields an SRM of 25 for a subtle amber color. It's perfect for use in commercial breweries and is available in a 50 lb. bulk bag to keep your operation well-stocked!
