Use this malt as 1-3% of your mash bill to add dryness and spicy rye flavor to a variety of beers, at 5% in rye pale ales, wheat beers, and smoked beers, or at 10-35% in German roggenbier or American rye.

This malt has 4.5% moisture and an 84% yield on grind. This malt yields an SRM of 3.7 for a subtle yellow color. It's perfect for use in commercial breweries and is available in a 50 lb. bulk bag to keep your operation well-stocked!
