This roaster-produced caramel malt offers great flavor and performance when used at 3-7% in Pilsners, 5-10% in California common, Vienna, and bock lagers, or 5-15% in ales from pale ales through dark styles like porters and stouts.
This malt has 7% moisture and a 77% yield on grind. This roasted malt yields an SRM of 10 for golden yellow color.
