Plus, it has an additional 7.5 qt. inset and a ladle for service of chunky toppings, side dishes, or soups! If you remove the steam table adapter plate, you can set one full size food pan (or several smaller pans) inside and change your menu from ice cream toppings and sauces to hot entrees, snacks, and side dishes.
