Is there a removable water pan?
No, this unit does not have a removable water pan. Do not cook, warm, or hold food directly in the well. Always use steam table hotel pans or insets.
Warmers are designed to hold food that has already been heated to the appropriate serving temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit or higher. Rethermalizers, on the other hand, reheat chilled foods through the HACCP "danger zone" to a safe serving temperature within a controlled timeframe. To meet industry acceptance criteria, rethermalizers must be capable of heating contents from 40-165 degrees Fahrenheit within 120 minutes and maintaining a temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit or higher.

Do not purchase this unit. Have only used it a couple of times and first it tripped every outlet it was plugged into. An electrician got it working and then the next issue it would turn on but it wouldn't actually heat up. After replacing the thermostat, it now trips every outlet it is plugged into. The electrician fees are more than what the unit was purchased for. Waste of money.
