This warmer worked great for 15 months - 3 months past the 12 month warranty. I bought a replacement thermostat, but it's impossible to reach the screws that hold the original one in. So now I'm out the original cost plus the $ for the replacement part. After reading some of the other reviews (wish I'd done that before I bought it), it totally looks like a case of planned obsolescence. Not buying another.

We ordered two of these a year ago for holding hot foods at a buffet and they worked great. After that event, we repurposed them for steaming hot dogs and bins, and they work great for that. Now I'm buying a 3rd unit for holding hot toppings for the hot dog stand. These units bring 100 degree tap water up to 175 in about 15 minutes and hold at a +/-10 degree range. Easy to clean once you get them empty. My only gripe is, these would do well to have a drain port. Solid product!
