The plate fits over a full size 12" x 20" pan opening and contains (1) 6 3/8" diameter hole and (1) 8 3/8" diameter hole, which are compatible with most 4 qt. and 7 qt. round insets, respectively. It is made from type 201, 19 gauge stainless steel for easy cleanability and exceptional durability.
