We use this 12 hrs a day 7 days a week, but this is the 3rd one I'm getting. First one lasted 2 years, second one lasted 1.5yrs. Still cheaper than the Hatco ones that also only last about a year and some change.

Trash...quit working after 3 months. Im just a lunch place so it only ran 3 hours a day and got the weekends off...lol. Doesn't fit 6th pans on in the ends because corners are to rounded. 3rd pans only in this unit.

Heats up quickly. Built sturdy Nice appearance. I am happy with performance. I would recommend for personal use for multiple foods to avoid 4 crockpots and tripping breaker. Also can use professionally.
