The plate fits over a full size 12" x 20" pan opening and contains (2) 8 3/8" diameter holes, which are compatible with the included (2) 7.5 qt. round vegetable inset pots. Plus, it's made from type 201, 19 gauge stainless steel for easy cleanability and exceptional durability.
To ensure success upon opening, this package features 2 stainless steel hinged covers and 2 ladles. These vegetable inset covers keep food tasting fresh and minimize heat loss with their innovative hinged design. The hinge allows you to flip half of the lid up and out of the way instead of creating space to rest an un-hinged cover.
The notched rims are perfect for resting 6 oz. ladles, which boast color-coded PVC handles for portion control and the HACCP process.
Welded clips keep the adapter plate stationary, reducing the risk of accidental spills and maximizing warming or cooling efficiency.

If you want to use this warmer to keep food worm quick in a double container configuration then pour hot water in it. If you put cold water then expect to give it over an hour so it can heat up. Use a double-container to keep your food warm in the second container. Your food will never burn sitting in a water bath.
