This Nemco warmer used to be our go-to brand. We had three separate units that each lasted 4 years, which is all you can ask for in a commercial environment, but lately replacements have been lasting us only a year. Two warmers in a row have failed to heat fully after just over a year of use (coincidentally, the units died 2 and 3 weeks after the warranty expired!). We set the units on high heat, and they can't maintain product above 135F.
Sadly, I can't recommend this Nemco warmer anymore. One is a fluke, but two failures in a row is a mark of poor quality.

We bought one of these two years ago and it no longer heated like it should. So-Just bought another one. Came without a knob to adjust the heat- which we still have not received - seems like a pretty easy fix??, meanwhile, staff have gotten burned trying to adjust the heat level without a knob because the metal post the knob fits on is scalding.

Terrible. no light to indiciate that its on. And the biggest disappointment is that standard warmer stays DO NOT FIT on this warmer!!!! If you are planning to use smaller pans here, i dont know where you can buy warmer stays that will fit.

This broke relatively quickly. Cracks formed in the bottom so it leaked water. I'm not really sure why - I've never had that happen with another steam table.
