Mercer Culinary M22707YL Millennia Colors® 7" Granton Edge Santoku Knife with Yellow Handle

I've been using this santoku knife for some time now. I use it daily in the kitchen. It's thin just like the other millenia knives from mercer. It is easy to sharp but does not hold it's edge for long.

This Santoku knife keeps a sharp edge and is very durable. Cleans easily and has a great hand feel. The colors are fun. This is a must have knife in every chefs tool kit.

I use this knife for everything. It has stayed sharp and had a nice design that fits good in my hand. The handle has a rubber grip that keeps it from slipping if it gets wet. Highly recommend Mercer, I've been happy with them for everything.

This is a very good slicing knife especially if you want something to be cut thin. Mercer produces some excellent knifes we use them daily and they haven’t failed to get the job done. They are comfortable and sharp would definitely recommend this and the others to anyone.
