Mercer Culinary M23900 Millennia® 3" Paring Knife - 3/Pack are nice and light, they are very sharp. They have held up well to daily use and are run through the dishwasher several time a day and look like new still.

These knives are a great value for your culinary needs. The serrated edge cuts easily and washes up nicely. I use them from cutting up tomatoes to slicing meat and other kitchen kneads. Highly recommend giving them a try.

The Mercer 3" paring knife 3 pack is a great deal. Since paring knives are so useful for multiple tasks, having a 3 pack makes sure there is always one around to use.

These paring knives are very good. The blade stays sharp for a decent amount of usage and its easy to sharpen. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the handles are not heat resistant. Once in a while an employee of mine makes a mistake and leaves it by an open flame and they melt then need to be thrown away. But non the less, for the price, I highly recommend.

One of the best paring knives I've ever used and it didn't cost a fortune to get this quality. Fits my hand great not sure if it's the shape of the handle or the whole knife but for some reason with my small hands when using other paring knives my fingers always slide onto the top of the knife and when I move them back onto the handle I don't seem to have the proper leverage and this wears out your hand quickly. Also they are very sharp and thin but strong, and they stay sharp for a long time. So this makes it a breeze to cut just about anything!

Great knives, fit beautifully in the hand and extremely sharp -- great idea to do in 3/pack -- wish the colors were packed this way as well.. When one is "lost" in the kitchen, we all go looking for it as they have quickly become a favorite for us. We've taken to buying several at a time!

My whole bakery needed new all purpose pairing knives and I've used these in the past, so when I saw a 3 pack of these at such a great price, I couldn't turn it down! They are super sharp! (I found out the hard way on that one, be careful!) They are also super economical, I bought enough for all of my co-workers in the bakery with enough for spares! Highly recommend!
