Mercer Culinary M22508 Millennia® 8" Bread Knife

I'm just starting out in culinary school and the Mercer brand was the top recommendation, for good reason. This knife and the others I have are great quality for their price. I had a loaf of crusty bread and this knife cut through it like melted butter.

This knife has perfect seated edges that cuts cakes and other baked o]goods great - leaving the crumbs behind. It doesn't get dull any at all!

I inherited a couple of crappy sandwich knives when i bought my deli. These guys make all the difference. As thin as needed to help separate our somewhat pre-cut sub rolls and perfect for cutting the subs in half with enough control to not cut through to the wax paper beneath. Also works well on our cheaper serrated knife sharpener. Highly recommend.

This Mercer Millennia 8" Bread Knife is great. I love Mercer knives and was glad I finally got this one. I am definitely upgrading my main bread knife to this one.

We use the Mercer 8" bread for our rolls in the morning. The handle like other Mercer millennia series is very comfortable and there is no slip.
