Mercer Culinary M19901 Millennia® 3" Serrated Edge Paring Knife

Great small serrated edge pairing knife for cutting vegetables. Sharp and durable. I purchased a few more of these after trying them out for a month.

This is the best little serrated knife I have ever used! Mercer blades hold their teeth and sharpness better than many other knives. I wish this came in other colors, just because they make other knives in a variety of colors and we color code our utensils.

I bought this knife for our bar cooler to cut bar fruit. Easily slices through fruit rinds and doesn’t catch on seeds. Good and sharp!

I typically like the Mercer Genesis, but I bought this for a friend who has problems with her wrists. This knife is sharp and light weight and she loves it.

This little paring knife is a really nice tool. It grips the food I'm cutting and it's sharp enough that I don't have to risk my fingers trying to cut. I have a lot of knives for different purposes, and this little guy is perfect for small quick cutting tasks.

I love all the knives in the Mercer Millenia line. This knife is a great small knife, and the serrated edge comes in handy quite often. They ware well and look great and stay sharp despite a lot of abuse.

Best inexpensive bar knife we have bought. Thin blade, good grip on the handle makes cutting fruits easy. And it costs 5 bucks to replace so you don't have to freak out when 1 gets lost.
