The oven has independent on/off switches for top and bottom heating elements, a master on/off switch, a light on/off switch, and large stainless steel control knobs to ensure simple, efficient operation.

We've used these quite a bit, I wish we would have purchased 2 individual units vs 2 double units. Even after having separate circuits installed for each unit, you can really only use 1 deck at a time. If you have both decks on at the same time they do not heat or hold temperature very well.

I did not like this at all!!!! Extremely smokey! Has large hot spots so you must turn the pizza. Or half done. You must watch like a hawk as the alarm not very load. Burnt more pizza then not. Would have return3d but webstaurants return sucks. So I bought a lincoln Conveyor. Gets pizza right every single time. Don't have to watch cause it's the same everytime No turning either So if you are an experienced deck user. Or havesomeone to watch continuously. Do not buy this oven
