Estella EDS18S 18" Countertop One Stage Dough Sheeter - 120V, 1/2 HP

I have bought several pieces of equipment from webstaurantstore.com. Some were bad - a different brand mixer which disappeared from my order history and every where as it deserved - total junk. Some were okay - the bar cooler which saved me a lot per month in electric but sprang a leak on the low side after 24 months - a decent amount for a service every year keeps that puppy putting along. And now this guy - the dough sheeter. If it doesn't break it is going to be an amazing labor saver. It took five dough balls to get the thickness and width of crust we wanted. We use an 8 oz ball and it had no trouble spitting it out in a perfect circle. I am totally impressed. We had 75 crusts made in a half hour. Really great. Now time will tell if it can hold up. We only use a couple times a month so it should be years of use.

I should have ordered sooner! The sheeter is perfect for a small bakery. I use it for sugar cookie dough and it has made me much more efficient and saved my wrists and forearms from rolling dough. If you need to roll thicker than 3/8", you may want a different model. This one is perfect for me! Easy to use, clean, and there is no set up.

Dough sheeter works very well. No complaints at all. It’s a little noisy though. I would compare it to a small vacuum cleaner you have to talk over.

This dough sheeter saved me! I had elbow surgery and struggled to roll my cookie dough. The sheeter was an investment but it made a world of difference for me, my health and my business!

This machine is a life saver. I've gone from taking 2 hours to roll out dough by hand to giving it a couple of passes and being able to do the same volume in 30 minutes. The only thing that I don't like so far is the pin for changing the thickness and it could simply be a case of me needing to get used to it since I'm accustomed to a much larger reversible sheeter. It's a little finicky to get the pin correctly in the slot which slows you down a bit when you're trying to work into a flow

We absolutely love our sheeter! We use it for pie dough and fondant both, it’s easy to clean and operate.

After looking at several dough sheeters, decided to purchase the Estella EDS12S and am thrilled with it. For the prices I believe worth it (clearly can be used professionally as well as home) and have already used it several times. Wife and I love the ease of use,, performance and ease of making pastry dough and pizzas. Highly recommended. I have purchased from Webstaurantstore several times and as always arrived packed securely and received ahead of schedule.

Disappointed with Webstaurant’s Return Policy I purchased the Estella EDS18S 18" Countertop One Stage Dough Sheeter (120V, 1/2 HP) from Webstaurant to streamline my bakery’s production. Unfortunately, the machine did not work for our needs—it simply couldn’t flatten the type of dough we intended to use it for. We opened the box, tested it once, and realized immediately that it was not suitable for our operation. We contacted Webstaurant right away to request a return or exchange, only to be flat-out denied. Despite the machine being in like-new condition and barely used, they refused to accept it back. Now, I’m left with a piece of equipment that I can’t use, forcing me to resell it at a loss. Their rigid return policy is extremely disappointing, especially for small businesses that rely on flexibility when investing in new equipment. Buyers, beware! It is frustrating to remove the plastic laminate. It goes behind the unit and it is hard to disassemble all unit. Can anyone give me the instruction to remove the protective laminate? How do we remove the one inside the unit? It is a waste of my time. There is no instruction anywhere.

I bought this sheeter to help with my crazy cookie orders, but the rollers leave lines in my dough! I have to use paper sheets to run it through because of not it breaks and crumples the dough! Very unimpressed with it.
