It boasts 6 powerful 40,000 BTU stainless steel U-shaped burners with cast iron grates to provide even broiling, which also catch juices from your flavorful meats to produce searing flames and smoke for a great-tasting product. To prevent clogging, the angled sides help direct oil to the drip tray. The reversible cast iron top grates give your meats tantalizing grill marks, sporting a thin side that's perfect for searing and a thick side that's great for your more delicate foods. They can also be used in a flat or sloped position so that you can simultaneously cook various foods to the desired level of doneness!

Thanks to its stainless steel construction, a full width waste tray, and the ability to remove the cast iron grates, radiant covers, and stainless steel burners without tools, the Cooking Performance Group CR-CPG-72-NL 72" countertop charbroiler is both durable and extremely easy to clean! It has a 3/4" rear gas connection and ships ready to connect to a natural gas supply, but includes a liquid propane orifice kit for simple field conversion.

This broiler is garbage, stay away at all cost. Has massive hot spots that just burn food, outside of hot spot is too cold and doesn’t cook food at all. Not to mention that you have to reach across the hot spots to cook and you constantly burn your arms. Worst of all, the service. WebstaurantStore will not stand behind their products. The void the warranty because a “professional” did not preform the installation (hooking up a gas line does not require a professional, especially for the cost and if there is even one available to begin with.) Very disappointing, especially after the years of support I have given this company.

I’ve had this for about 10 months now and I wish I would of researched better. I have changed the rocks, rotated them and cleaned it as instructed and the grill has hot spots. I cannot cook on 1/3 of this grill because no matter what it burns the food. The other 2/3 of the grill is fine but one part is not. So I cannot cook more than 3 burgers at a time.

This is a fabulous broiler. It is very high quality. The packaging is excellent and very secure. The heating is even, unlike a Globe unit. The char-briquette grates are HEAVY cast iron. When you adjust the mixer, place the the front cover back on and check the combustion. The front cover affects the airflow to the mixer. The Propane conversion is simple. Be aware that the price does NOT include a shipping charge. Having said that it is well worth the delivered price to me.
