This unit has a 3/4" rear gas connection and ships ready to connect to a natural gas supply, but can be field converted to liquid propane.

Cleaning your charbroiler daily prevents residue build-up. Watch this video to learn how to clean it!
First, make sure your charbroiler is still hot but not on.
Use a wire brush or scraper to remove stuck-on particles or fat from both sides of the grates.
Then, wait for charbroiler to cool completely. Now, use a damp cloth or sponge with soapy water to clean the rest of the grill.
Spray down the grill with degreaser or grill cleaner to get rid of any excess build-up. Finally, rinse thoroughly.
If you use a radiant charbroiler, clean the radiants in the sink. If you use lava rock charbroilers, flip the stones every few weeks to burn off excess grease.
