This broiler is garbage, stay away at all cost. Has massive hot spots that just burn food, outside of hot spot is too cold and doesn’t cook food at all. Not to mention that you have to reach across the hot spots to cook and you constantly burn your arms. Worst of all, the service. WebstaurantStore will not stand behind their products. The void the warranty because a “professional” did not preform the installation (hooking up a gas line does not require a professional, especially for the cost and if there is even one available to begin with.) Very disappointing, especially after the years of support I have given this company.

This left grill marks which is good but a lot of time the food would just burn on this because even on the low setting it will get way too hot and the heat wouldnt evenly distribute

In my previous restaurant I had this exactly charbroiler but used. We used it for 3+ years with no issue. Sold cheap to purchase new one. High quality.

It is OK. I am already having issues with the some of the burners not lighting as expected. It also has a huge issue with hot spots.

I purchased this grill about 9 months ago and haven't had a problem at all with it. The flames are strong and heat really up quick to a HOT temp. Great for all proteins like chicken fish steak. I recommend seasoning the grill with oil before cooking food so it doesn't stick. I use a thick cotton towel with light oil and rub it on the grill when it's running. Let it burn off for a couple seconds and it's good eating.

This is a great product.It is a perfect size and seems very well built. It heats evenly and is easy to clean. Glad we found this!

The original order was damaged. However, your team did the right thing by providing us with a replacement after sending photos. Well done. My only suggestion is to ask your supplier to maybe package them with more protection to avoid future returns.

Grill Lasted about 9 months before falling a part. Now need to buy new grates and radiants.

Works great. I have had to replace two of the grates due to getting cracked. The pilot lights are very easy to get to. The small charbroiler gets to temperature quickly.

Heat distribution is awesome, the quality of the product is outstanding. The use of this element in the kitchen is essential, this is a great buy and a great investment.

Purchased to replace a 10 year old charbroiler. In the less than 2 year of ownership I've had to replace the radiants and grill grates which basically disintegrated. Was about to replace them again in less than 2 years when I noticed a quarter sized hole in the burner. Looked for parts and realized even if I could buy them (which I cannot) it would be several hundred dollars. I've decided to buy a decent grill and not replace subpar parts made of subpar materials for a subpar grill.

Extremely disappointed in this equipment. The gas feed is very uneven and there is virtually no temperature control. It's either super low (roasts food) or so hot it's burning everything. We have refired WAY too much meat coming off this char broiler. Not worth the money at all.

We have been using the charbroiler for few months and gas does not distributes evenly corner to corner, it gets very hot in the center but not enough heat at 4 corners. great price but I would not buy this item next time.

We’ve had this unit for a year now. Fires up quickly, heats well, and provides a huge cooking area. We’ve had zero problems and are including one in our food truck build. Cheap pricing doesn’t always mean a cheap product!

Overall, we're happy with this Charbroiler. Setup was simple, easy and the unit is very moveable once the grates and radiants are removed. The only issue we've found is a deformation in the grate vents on one of the grate units... we'll be contacting support for a warranty replacement for that one. Other than that, very happy with the price, delivery time and quality of the unit. Would recommend

Good size! Holds plenty of food! Very easy to use. I like that it has adjustable legs on the bottom so we can make it the perfect height.

The 48" Cooking Performance Group Charbroiler is a monster of a Grill. This is a must have for our customers that prefer a large Charbroiler within their Mobile Concession / Kitchen units that are manufactured by Hurricane Concessions & Rentals, LLC out of Lucedale, MS.

I bought this item last year, it worked good and fast for my restaurant, but it is time to replace all the part now, and they not cheap!
