Mercer Culinary M23306 Millennia® 6" Utility Knife

This is a much smaller knife than we thought so we have not been able to use it as much as we had hoped. I would chose the forged utility knife with serrated edge and full tang blade over this knife.

I use this utility knife for peeling vegetables and fruit. Well balanced and sharp! it's light weight but sharp blade it's great for fish fillets, peeling potatoes,slicing tomatoes,lemons. Easy to wash and care for.

As it's name suggests this versatile knife has a plethora of uses. From breaking down roasts to slicing potatoes, there are many applications for this knife in our meat kitchen.

This is a super utility knife for the price. I use it daily for peeling and slicing fruits and vegetables. It looks brand new after many months of daily use.

Mercer knives are a good knive to use so that is why I got a few of them for my restaurant kitchen that and the fact is I don't want anyone else using my victorinox knives

The Mercer millennia 8 inch chef knife is my favorite knife to use in the kitchen, so I decided to try this little brother version. This utility knife has an identical plastic and rubber handle and quality steel blade and comes sharp from the factory. I'm a fan of Mercer knives and they're a great value on this site.

Oh the knife I'm currently using in place of my missing chef knife. This knife does everything and stays sharp! Between the comfort handle with no slip grip, it's versatility and size it's perfect to use for everything.
