These knives are the best you can find for this price point, hands down. The fact they are "Made in USA" too really made me happy. The grips work in a way that make them much safer when working in an environment where wet hands may be an issue. Never have had any issue with rusting. Quality metal. They also don't attract dust like some other soft grips and clean very easy under water even with the texture in the grip. Light weight but very sharp so they hold their own. Well done, my go-to knives for most things now!

Great starter set of knives. Super sharp and versatile out of the package. The pearer is a little small in the handle but the sticky grip makes up for it. The 10 inch cooks knife is excellent although sometimes I prefer the 8. I'm glad that I have these knives in my set. Super price and fast shipping.
