How does the timer on this combi oven work?
If you select one of the timed options on the timer dial, the combi oven will operate at the desired settings for that amount of time, and then the oven will shut off. If you wish to use the oven continuously, use the “Hold” option on the timer dial. This will keep the oven at your temperature settings indefinitely.

CPG Combi Oven Operation Instructions

Learn how to operate your CPG combi oven!

To use your combi oven, set it to your desired temperature. The indicator light will come on during preheating and turn off when the oven reaches the set temperature. Allow 30 minutes to preheat. Turn the 2 hour timer control clockwise to your desired time.

For continuous use, turn the timer counter clockwise until it reaches the “hold” position. Place the food trays in the oven cavity, making sure not to overcrowd them. It’s recommended to evenly distribute the trays for best results, with a maximum of 20 pounds per tray.

Now, adjust the steam control to the desired level. The indicator light will show when the water is flowing into the cooking chamber to generate steam. Make sure the oven is preheated before the steam control is used, otherwise the steam will not properly generate.

After cooking, turn all the controls back to the “0” position. Let the oven cool before cleaning and open the door to speed up the cooling process.
