I bought this a few years ago for my small bbq catering business as I have a lot of trimmings that I use to bring my own meats for ground meat and sausage. This grinder has been fantastic. It's rips through 40-60lbs at a time with no problem. The first grind using the courser plate doesn't even require using the plunger. I often do a second grind using the smaller grnging plate and it runs through fine. I've used the sausage attachments included to case my own sausage. That function can be done with one person but a much easier with a second hand. This is a perfect machine for frequent grinding...a few times per month. I grind about a 100-150lbs/mo.

This meat grinder is awesome. Several parts are awesome about it. First off, it is beefy. Secondly, the tray on top is large enough that I can put pretty much the entire amount of meat I'm going to grind. Major step up from my kitchen aid attachment.

Very nice little meat grinder. We have already used the grinder quite a few times and it appears to be holding up well. We have only ground pork meat through it, but plan to use it to grind other meats as well. Currently being used on a bi-weekly basis.
