I have had this grinder for about two weeks now. I own a meat business and I use it a lot... I grind anything from chicken breast, chicken pieces (bone in thigh, leg, wing etc.) with no problem. I do one pounder turkey necks, wings, thighs and legs with no problem. I do pork tails with very little problem, it will clog once in a blue moon with the 7mm plate, i know if it had a 10mm plate it would have no problem at all. Pork tails are solid bone and a lot of fat and this grinder has no problem at all. I do hearts, liver, organs, kidney pretty much anything at all and I have had huge success. Its quiet and doesn't shake etc. I had a carnivore from cabbalas prior to this one, the biggest one they sold, and it gave me SO many problems. Read More

This is definitely a heavy duty grinder that will get the job done for you. I use it to grind top round and chicken breasts to make burgers with among many other combinations. The grinder churns right through this with no problem. One thing to keep in mind, it's always better to grow into something, than grow out of it. As your business grows, you want a machine that is already there for you, rather than having to buy bigger, then have to get rid of the old small one you had.
