This handy meat grinder has a forward and reverse operation with metal auger drive to ensure perfectly ground meat with no machinery jams. Fast and slow grinding speeds allow you to control the production pace. A large grinding tray lets you have generous quantities of meat in place and ready for grinding. Removable stainless steel grinding plates come in 5 mm and 8 mm grinds, so you can choose a medium or a coarser grind depending on your needs.
This unit comes with a sausage stuffing funnel so you can stuff sausage meat straight from the machine. Accessories can be stored conveniently inside the machine's pan. The unit can be easily disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing. Grinding meat takes almost no time and effort with this kitchen essential! This unit requires a 120V electrical connection.
