This steam table pan features reinforced corners that add strength where the pan takes the most abuse. The corners ensure the pan fits tightly in food wells, maximizing temperature retention for improved food quality and, most importantly, food safety. They also make the pan easier to carry and increase its resistance to breakage or warping.
This pan has flattened edges that provide a wide space for grasping and handling. They also prevent bending to ensure it sits flat in steam table wells.

This pan is built like a tank! It has some of the thickest gauge steel I've ever seen on a hotel pan. The biggest plus for me is that it's oven safe. I use it to roast veggies and come thanksgiving maybe even a whole turkey!

You cannot go wrong with this brand and this pan is no exception. Just the right depth for roasting chicken wings on a rack, oven frying potatoes or bacon, roasting squash etc.
wow, another great invention by vollrath, super sturdy. I used it to hold tomato sauce, since the acidity in sauce will do some corrode to pan, but this super pan or super hero will handle perfectly.
Vollrath are the only brand of metal pans we use. These pans are extremely high quality. You can put them on the flat top or in the oven and they dont bend or warp at all even over years of use. They dont get bent or smashed at all even after constantly being put the in the sink and scrubbed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
