Vollrath are the only brand of metal pans we use. These pans are extremely high quality. You can put them on the flat top or in the oven and they dont bend or warp at all even over years of use. They dont get bent or smashed at all even after constantly being put the in the sink and scrubbed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
