This is my most used knife at work I use it to trim fat off of any steaks I cut I use it to chop veggies. I use it on pork and steak most of all. I’ve been using this knife non stop for awhile now and I’ve only had to hit it with the steel 2 times so far the blade is amazing and the granton edge makes trimming a breeze at work this knife makes my work life so much easier I don’t even have to try hard anymore to cut.
