Steeping Instructions:
Bring fresh cold water to a boil. Pour water over tea bag, and steep for 3 minutes. Remove tea bag. For iced tea, steep a little longer and pour over ice.

1 fl. oz. Monin granny smith apple puree syrup
5 fl. oz. Steep Cafe by Bigelow organic jasmine green tea
0.25 fl. oz. fresh lemon juice
Sparkling water
Mint sprig for garnish
Apple slice for garnish

Combine Monin granny smith apple puree syrup, Steep Cafe by Bigelow organic jasmine green tea, and fresh lemon juice (in that order) in a shaker. Cap the shaker and shake well. Pour contents into a serving glass and add ice. Top with seltzer, garnish with a sprig of mint and an apple slice, and serve!
