An all-metal base helps make this unit extremely durable, while a 6 7/8" full moon metal hopper and 2 5/16" cylindrical metal hopper make processing large and small product a breeze.

A continuous feed chute means you can process large amounts of produce directly into a separate container, eliminating the need to stop and empty a batch bowl. The full moon hopper gives you the space you need to process bulky ingredients like a head of lettuce or cabbage, while the smaller hopper makes it easy to process long, narrow produce like zucchini and carrots.
The processor features an automatic restart function and 2 push button controls, so operating this food processor couldn't be any easier!
A sturdy metal handle offers excellent leverage to push produce through the large hopper, while the black pusher does the same for the small hopper.
A 3mm (1/8") slicing disc and a 3mm (1/8") grating disc are included so that you can begin processing right away. This versatile unit can slice, grate, julienne, dice, and even create a ripple or French fry cut with additional discs (sold separately). There are over 40 discs available for this unit, so you can handle every conceivable vegetable prep task!

This machine is a workhorse. So heavyweight and durable, great at cranking out veggies in a flash. Only gripes is that food can easy get stuck in the edge corners of the blades, which are not easy to clean and avoiding slicing your finger. The other gripe is that I wish there was a better storage option for all the components. The triangles they include for storing the blades are cumbersome and bulky.

We might send this back. First it comes with a slicing disk and a grating disk which is great. The only problem is that when we received the item neither disk was included in the box. So we had to contact webstaurant and request them. Then the grating disk came in the mail but the slicing disk did not. So i had to contact webstaurant again. They told me the slicing disk was back ordered and they didn't know when they would get it in. This is kind of rough since this is a pricey piece of equipment. I spoke to someone on the phone and asked if they have any more robot coupes in stock and to break open a box and send me the disk asap. We opened in days and I needed the disk.
