Robot Coupe CL50E Ultra Continuous Feed Food Processor with 2 Discs - 1 1/2 hp

We got this item specifically for dicing option. We bought two separate dicing disks 5x5 (for carrots) and 10x10 (onions). After one month the dicing kit got dull and everything was mushy, the cleaning was a nightmare. Contacted to the manufacturer and they said that it all depends on the density of the product! Not a good answer to me, especially when the disc costs a lot of money. Not Recommended !

This machine is a workhorse we use it everyday cut enough strawberries for about 100 cups daily also use it to make pico de gallo in seconds, my prep staff absolutely love this

this product dont recomment anyone to buy bought brand new from webstaurant website we turn on never got power into it i call webstaurant they said its over 30 days bought it call manufacturing i call them they said they dont replace that $ goes in trash would never recommend anyone to buy it

was apprehensive to order this based on previous reviews, but trusting the robot coupe brand I bought it. Purchased may 13th and paid next day shipping plus an extended warranty. After just one month (may 13-june 18th), the motor went out and i cant use the machine i purchased, that does the heavy lifting for kitchen prep, that it was intended for. Worst part is they just send you to the manufacture for warranty issues, and they're customer support is horrendous also. Wish i took my money elseware.

We bought this in March of 2024 as an "upgrade" from our cheaper, plastic housing models for our busy kitchen. While still within the one year (8 months) Robot Coupe warranty, the poorly designed covers holding the on/off buttons in the housing both cracked and broke. The buttons went inside the machine making the unit unsafe and unusable. Called Robot Coupe for warranty repair. We are two hours away from the nearest repair techs doing their warranty work, and Robot Coupe only covers 1 hour of mileage each way. So, no one wants to come and do the work. We are trying to find one that will allow us to ship the unit at our costs, fix it and ship it back to us. Sturdy, solid machine with cheap, plastic finishing that makes unit useless. Very disappointing quality and service. May be better to buy cheaper units and replace more often.

Honestly impressed. This machine does exactly what we needed: dicing mass quantities of potatoes and onions in no time. We save over two hours of labor a day, minimum. This machine has already paid for itself several times over. Easy to use, easy to clean, and provides consistent cuts. It's not perfect. It is bulky and somewhat top heavy. The attachments are not cheap either. Nonetheless, this machine has been so popular with the prep cooks that we purchased one for our other location. A word to the wise: triple check that your attachment will fit before you order it, as there are several closely related models that do not necessarily have interchangeable parts. Overall, extremely satisfied with this purchase.

What a beautiful machine. Cuts vegetables so quickly and it is easy to keep clean. I ended up buying this machine because I knew I could easily buy any necessary parts from Webstaurant afterwards. So considering the after care and maintenance, I figured I couldn't go worth with this. Just be careful not to get the base of the machine wet because that is where the motor is located.

Even though it's expensive, this piece of equipment makes our kitchen work much quicker and efficiently. A very good addition to any kitchen, and I don't see ever prepping without this Food Processor.
