Its build includes a stainless steel and plastic feed attachment with an all-metal body for maximum durability, and it features a direct drive motor with a stainless steel motor shaft and blades that will hold up to the demands of commercial operations. This food processor requires a 120V connection for operation.

The continuous feed attachment features a hopper with a wide diameter that can hold up to 7 tomatoes at a time. Able to prepare up to 100 servings in 30 minutes, the cylindrical feed tube is ideal for processing vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, celery, and other produce similar in shape. As an added space-saving feature, the processor utilizes lateral ejection, so you can place a bowl or storage container directly on the side of the unit as it transfers product into the container.

It comes with a continuous feed attachment with two feed tube openings to further increase prep speed and is compatible with multiple discs (sold separately).

Grating discs come in 10 available sizes of 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 6 mm, 9 mm, parmesan, Rostis potatoes, and horseradish (in 0.7, 1, and 1.3 mm sizes). Julienne discs come in 6 available sizes including 2 x 4 mm, 2 x 6 mm, 2 x 2 mm, 4 x 4 mm, 6 x 6 mm, and 8 x 8 mm. Dice equipment comes in 3 available sizes including 8 x 8 x 8 mm, 10 x 10 x 10 mm, and 12 x 12 x 12 mm.
The D cleaning kit is suitable for 5 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, and 12 mm cleaning grids. French fry equipment comes in 2 available sizes including 8 x 8 mm and 10 x 10 mm. Disc holders come in two different available options: one that holds 16 discs and one that holds 8 discs and 1 blade. Disc packs are also available.
