This machine is a workhorse. So heavyweight and durable, great at cranking out veggies in a flash. Only gripes is that food can easy get stuck in the edge corners of the blades, which are not easy to clean and avoiding slicing your finger. The other gripe is that I wish there was a better storage option for all the components. The triangles they include for storing the blades are cumbersome and bulky.

We might send this back. First it comes with a slicing disk and a grating disk which is great. The only problem is that when we received the item neither disk was included in the box. So we had to contact webstaurant and request them. Then the grating disk came in the mail but the slicing disk did not. So i had to contact webstaurant again. They told me the slicing disk was back ordered and they didn't know when they would get it in. This is kind of rough since this is a pricey piece of equipment.
