Designed for heavy-duty cooking, this versatile range is ideal for making soups and sauces or for pan frying and sauteing food. It includes (4) 2 kW heating elements with built-in thermal protection to prevent overheating. Its (4) 9" solid-top, spill-proof cast iron alloy burners provide even heat distribution and quick heat-up times.
This range is made of durable, heavy-duty stainless steel to withstand frequent use in professional kitchens. It features 6-position temperature controls that range from simmering to boiling. It stands on sturdy adjustable legs for leveling on uneven surfaces. This range requires a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection for operation, but it is field convertible to a 1-phase unit.
