Scratch and Dent Avantco Chef Series CAG-R-4-24 24" 4 Burner Gas Countertop Range - 100,000 BTU

I have always trusted the products that webstraunt sells, until I bought this unit, it says in the description durable construction It is most definitely not. none of the screws are tight and came stripped. The legs won't go on correctly, apparently there is a nut that the leg is supposed to screw onto well its stripped too. I stuck with a 336.00 burner I can't use. I have already trashed the box because I have never had any problems. This was my first advantco burner and I won't buy anything else.

It’s ok cheap but gets the job done I’ll definitely upgrade soon something a little better then this it’s cheaply made I give it a 5 out of 10

Avantco Chef Series CAG-R-2-12 12" 2 Burner Gas Countertop Range - 50,000 BTU is a good product, its size and capacity also very compatible.

one of the burner is tilted on side way , could not end up using it .

We bought this 2 burner countertop gas range for our food trailer. It is a great value and we have had no issues.

The burners are uneven and had some problems. I don’t recommend this.

Its a nice little range, works perfectly between 2 griddles for minor service items.

I received the 2 burner it didn’t come with directions to put it together can’t even find nothing online how to install parts. Then I had someone look at it for me and some pieces is bent on it. What is replacement warranty and terms?

Looks decent. But the way it is packed, it is going to arrive scratched and dented. I dont have time to deal with trying to replace it so will deal with it. For the price, it seems decent, and the scratches and dents wont effect performance. Just understand you will be getting a scratch-dent unit. Because of that, 3 stars.

Cheaply made, several screws missing and very loose/stripped, arrived with large dent on the side

The 2 burner works great for any pan or pot you need to use.doesn’t take up a lot of space and is efficient.

Ordered this 2 burner range for my small restaurant. The front burner does not sit perfectly level but does not affect the function so I did not notify webstaurant (they have previously rectified a previous issue with an appliance very quickly. Even with the burner not 100% level, this product is great and I am satisfied with it.

This two burner top works like it should . Some screws were loose on the back panel but no big deal , the price was right.

I liked it because it was perfect for small catering events. Very handy.

Very attractive product that appears to be well built and sturdy. I received it about a week ago and it was packed in a cardboard box inside a crate on a pallet. The pallet was broken and there was a small dent on the top front of the range, but webstaurant customer service worked with me to make it right. Thank you!
