The Imperial Range Pro Series 60" natural gas 10 burner range with 2 standard ovens is designed to be a versatile and efficient addition to your establishment! With (10) cast iron burners, this unit allows you to cook ten stock pots or fry pans full of product at the same time. Each 32,000 BTU burner is equipped with exclusive PyroCentric™ anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning. The burners feature two rings of flame for quick and even heating, as well as a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Plus, each burner has a standing pilot light for instant ignition as well as a 100% safety pilot for peace of mind.
This unit also features two standard, 26 1/2" ovens with one chrome oven rack each, for all of your baking and warming needs. The ovens each have a 35,000 BTU output with an adjustable temperature range of 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit and durable, cast aluminum controls with a heat protection grip. Unique baffles are situated above the heating elements to keep cooking temperatures even throughout each oven, while splash screens protect the elements from food spills. The ovens have porcelainized interiors for easy cleaning, as well as a porcelainized, stamped, inner door liners for excellent heat retention. Standard 18" x 26" sheet pans will fit in these ovens in a left-to-right and front-to-back position.
Boasting a stainless steel exterior with welded, polished, stainless steel seams, this unit provides outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. The large, 3 1/2" landing edge also offers ample space for convenient plating. With sturdy, stainless steel, 6" adjustable legs, you'll have no trouble finding the perfect spot for this unit among the rest of your kitchen equipment. This unit requires a natural gas connection.
