With this Ecoline by Hobart 12" medium-duty manual meat slicer, powerfully slice through your signature meats. It is packed with countless benefits to outperform all others in its class. Made with sanitary anodized aluminum that is easy to clean and maintain, this unit delivers pound after pound of sliced product in the quickest and most efficient time frame possible.
This meat slicer has simple controls with a start / stop button. It features a 45-degree product table and can accommodate food up to 10" wide and 6" tall or a diameter of 8". Additionally, the gauge plate is adjustable to slice any thickness up to 9/16". The 12" chrome-plated carbon steel knife offers precision while providing infinite slice adjustments. Its top-mounted ceramic stone sharpener hones the unit's knife in 15 seconds, and it's also removable for easy cleaning. The durable Poly-V belt drive system reduces maintenance without sacrificing the high-end performance you expect. The exclusive design extends the belt life while still producing optimal slicing results. Plus, it has a powerful 1/2 hp motor.
The anodized aluminum base features smooth, durable surfaces that are easy to clean, and since the base is one piece, there are limited holes and crevices for food to collect and bacteria to grow. The tilting and removable carriage and removable product deflector provide complete access for deep cleaning. With a permanent knife ring guard, there are no loose or moving parts for easy operation. The no-volt release feature ensures safety, protecting against knife exposure, and a rear-mounted, removable meat grip with a contoured handle ensures that meat is secure in the slicer. Thanks to its many features, this slicer is the perfect solution for all your medium-duty slicing needs! It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
