This unit is made with durable burnished aluminum with a heavy-gauge stainless steel top cover. The durable poly V-belt drive system reduces maintenance without sacrificing the high-end performance you expect. The exclusive design extends the belt life while still producing optimal slicing at 430 RPM, and the entire system operates much quieter than other standard slicers. Plus, it has a powerful 1/2 hp motor. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
Efficient Design
This meat slicer has simple controls with an on / off button. It accommodates food up to 10 3/4" wide and 5 3/4" tall or a diameter of 7 1/2". Additionally, the gauge plate is a heavy aluminum extrusion, featuring machined grooves for smooth feeding, and it's adjustable to slice any thickness up to 1". The 13" chrome-plated carbon steel knife offers precision while providing several different slice adjustments. Its top-mounted ceramic stone sharpener hones the unit's knife in 15 seconds.
Easy To Clean
The aluminum base features smooth, durable surfaces that are easy to clean, and since the base is one piece, there are no holes or crevices for food to collect and bacteria to grow. Plus, the lift assist allows you to get underneath the slicer to clean with ease, while the tilting and removable carriage and spring kickstand provide complete access for deep cleaning. Plus, the stone sharpener is removable for easy cleaning.
Safe and Secure
With a magnetically secured knife cover, there are no loose or moving parts for easy operation. The no-volt release feature ensures safety, protecting against knife exposure, and a rear-mounted, removable meat grip with an ergonomic handle ensures that meat is secure in the slicer.
