Noble Warewashing UH30-E Energy Efficient High Temp Undercounter Dishwasher - 208/230V

We have a small coffee bar that does very little as far as dish-washing but needed a commercial unit that could meet code requirements for water temp. The dishwasher worked fine, with minimal use, for less than six months. It would not even turn on for a couple of days, now it is not going through the wash cycle and the labor warranty is only 90 days. It still has the parts warranty but we need to hire an authorized dealer and prove install date to get parts covered, The biggest problem with that is we'll have to have a repair person come from over two hours away or try to find someone local and pay for parts, either way it will be an expensive fix for a six month old appliance! I would suggest finding where an authorized repair person is located if you still want to purchase this machine.

This is the second Noble Warewash UH30-E dishwasher I bought. First one died after 1-1/2 years of service. Second one has failed ro operate 2 months after purchase and again 6 months later. These washers are junk! Fortunately, I bought 4 yr waranty.

This dishwasher has been a problem for us since the day we bought it. The sprayer arm in the middle has fallen off repeatedly after being repaired multiple times, the gasket on the door gave out and caused the digital panel below the door to short out, and best of all we called our final claim in 7 days after our warranty was out and now they won't help us. Quote for repair was almost as much as new unit. Just the fact that the panel is below the door where the gasket tends to fail is a bad design.

I have only have this dishwasher for 4 days now but it is wonderful. I ordered it to help with chores because I'm a nurse that works the night shift and don't have a lot of time. It arrived on my doorstep of my second story apartment which I found to be impressive. It is a heavier, bulkier item at 48 lbs so moving it around was a little bit of a challenge. It was packaged very well and was super easy to set up. Took about 20 minutes. I bought a roll cart to put it on to make it easier to move since it didn't actually fit on my countertop (I knew that before purchasing it).

Less than a year in and we already have a plethora of issues. Labor warranty is junk as well

This dishwasher started off great! We clean the filters and have followed recommendations. We used it for most all dishes the first and second summer but this summer we were back to hand washing...Dishes just were not coming out clean.

Dishwasher doesn't work properly. Manufacturer won't send a tech out to figure out the issue. Troubleshooting on the phone for hours does no good. Would not recommend.
