Please do not purchase this product or buy from this particular website. The customer service representative is not very helpful. The product comes with only a one-year warranty. It was purchased in May 2022 and installed in July 2022. The sanitizer stopped working while it was still under warranty, and Webstaurant sent someone to fix it. However, in November 2024, it stopped working again. Unfortunately, after only another year of use, it has stopped working once more. We use it for very light manufacturing. I spoke to the customer service representative, who sent me an email with a link to find a repair service. I called [redacted], and the gentleman informed me that, based on the parts and model number I provided, the parts are imported. As a result, it would cost more to repair it than to replace it. Essentially, this means it's a throwaway unit.

First, and not related to this product, if you are in Canada do not order from Webrestaurant as they will not provide any warranty. This machine worked fine for 18 months. To say it "worked" is a fair exaggeration as we are a seasonal wedding venue open one day a week. so in fairness it probably saw less that 30 days of actual service. then it failed. We could not find a service tech in Canada by I coerced our refrigeration tech to give it his best shot. We ordered and installed parts and still it won't work. The response from Webrestaurant is that they are sorry. Obviously not as sorry as I am. Lesson learned - after spending thousands of dollars with Webrestaurant over the last few years we will be looking elsewhere. Frankly with this type of follow up we might as well buy through the internet and leave out the middleman.

So far this machine has been super great for the price point. We have been using it for several months now with no issues. I really appreciate the gravity fed drain vs a pump ! One less thing to go wrong :) it’s fast and hot and doesn’t drip or produce excess moisture or steam. If it was a smidge bigger we could fit a sheet pan but I knew it wouldn’t be able to fit that when ordering it.

We've been open for 4 months, this is already experiencing an error that has us calling a repair man.

Don't buy this! Never worked normally since the day installed. Tech came and couldn't get it fixed even with new parts.

After just a few months the drain assembly separated and leaks. had to do quick patch with liquid gasket to make it through the weekend. Going to try a warrantee repair. After looking closely at the unit and the drain assemble I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. Two plastic pieces snapped together isn't going to last long when inserting plunger which just pushes the pieces apart. wouldn't recommend!

Machine arrived with residue inside. Calcium stains consistent with previous usage of machine. I paid for a new dishwasher. Bottom sprayer not clearing dish rack.

I bought two of these units and they both have been nothing but trouble. I've had both serviced so many times that they sent new units that fail the same way the first ones did with leaks and issues. I've had close to 10 service calls on these two units only to have more problems within months. Spend your money on something else.

This dishwasher just died on us. It was nice enough to wait for the warranty to expire about a month ago. The motor needs replaced. If you don't want to purchase dishwashers for your business every year or so, avoid this one.

I have used this unit for 3 years now, no problems. Works great, heats up quick and does a nice job cleaning. My local health dept loves that it uses heat to sanitize and only uses 0.5 gal per cycle.

This dishwasher is a piece of trash! DO NOT PURCHASE Used very minimally, and it has quit working. two service calls later it still does not work.

Please don't consider this dishwasher. It has stopped working in less than 6 months. Can't even believe they still sell this. Very disappointing.
