Toasted Marshmallow Mocha
5 oz. Monin toasted marshmallow syrup
.5 oz. Monin dark chocolate sauce
2 shots espresso
Steamed milk
Whipped cream
Marshmallows
Combine ingredients, except milk, in serving cup. Stir and set aside. Steam milk in pitcher. Pour steamed milk into serving cup, stirring gently. Garnish.
Toasted Marshmallow Martini
Ice
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. Irish cream liqueur
1 oz. Monin iced coffee concentrate
.5 oz. Monin toasted marshmallow syrup
.5 oz. Monin dark chocolate sauce
Chill serving glass. Pour ingredients into mixing glass with 2/3 ice in order listed. Cap, shake and strain into chilled serving glass. Garnish with graham cracker rimmer or crumbs, Monin dark chocolate sauce, and marshmallow and serve.

Everyone loves s’mores so this is a staple flavor. This works well for s’mores coffee drinks but I use it in shakes as well. Pair with strawberry gelato & cupcake syrup for a heavenly sweet shake for summer. It has a slightly thinner consistency and flavor so it does well as a flavor for foamed drinks or in whippers for a unique whipped cream flavor.
The first fall season we had this, no one really picked up on it. The second year it seemed like everyone was getting it! Still very popular, although once we got a good pumpkin it had competition. Really great, balanced flavor, warm feel to it and compliments coffee flavor so very well. Easy one to recommend to people.
Great product! Make sure you order 4 at a time so the Shipping/packaging is better! Otherwise, the bottles crush other things in your order or get syrup everywhere!
This product tastes horrible. The DaVinci Toasted Marshmallow is so much better. This flavor from Monin just tastes very fake and is especially bad in cold beverages. Other Monin flavors are great but this is one to avoid.

Everyone loves our monin syrup that we use. They think the taste is so much better and so smooth with our coffee.
We had been using marshmallow cream to add marshmallow flavor to our s'mores concrete and it was "ok". This syrup took it to the next level. Having the toasted flavor was just what we needed and really made the concrete the best it could be.
