We love Monin syrups and use mostly Monin in our busy coffee shop. The strawberry rose is a great flavor. While the strawberry is the dominant flavor, the rose is subtle and not soapy. This is a key ingredient in our Turkish Delight latte, along with Monin pistachio and some cardamom.
