Monin Premium Desert Pear Flavoring Syrup 1 Liter

We’ve been using Monin products for over three years in our two lemonade food trucks, and Dessert Pear Monin has become our top seller. With the Monin 0.25 oz pump, we add 4 pumps to each 32 oz cup of lemonade—it delivers the perfect balance for a refreshing, flavorful drink. Dessert Pear Monin also pairs beautifully with Strawberry Monin. Using 2 pumps of each creates a delicious “Refreshing Flower” flavor that our customers love! Dessert Pear is my favorite flavor of all. Just be careful when ordering. Although this flavor has a long shelf life, the color fades quite quickly, appearing as a pale purple. I only order 1 at a time for this reason.

I really don’t like this flavor. You can make it taste good if you use it with a different syrup.

My staff absolutely loves this flavor. It’s a unique lemonade flavor offering and looks gorgeous to serve. Customers aren’t as familiar with this one so you may need to promote it a little more but customers who have had it order it again. Blend with lemon sorbet for a delicious summer frappé.

True to it's name desert pear taste is on point. Very tasty on any application such as drinks and deserts. Try it!

We love the Monin Desert Pear syrup. It has such a unique taste that is hard to find anywhere else. We use it in our bubble tea, lemonade and Italian sodas. Out of all the more exotic syrups we keep in hand this one seems to still be our most popular.

This is one of the unique flavors that we keep in stock at our kitchen. We make several different kinds of beverages for catering events so having a flavor like this is a great addition.

This one was not our favorite flavor. The taste was fine but it simply did not pair well with anything (no pun intended). We tried it over iced seltzer as well as mixed with energy drinks and it simply didnt work the best.

This is cactus fruit flavored syrup. We don't use much of it, but it adds a really bright attractive color to cocktails and sounds fancy. You can add it to whiskey or try adding it to lemonade and vodka and call it a desert sunrise or something like that and people will buy it. It's not great but it's good enough.

This syrup gives a beautiful pink/magenta/purple coloring to our cocktails. The Monin pumps (sold separately) fit perfectly. The desert pear flavor is reasonably accurate and what you would expect.

This is STRAIGHT UP my FAVORITE flavor! IT mixes so well with so many options! I love this for an Italian soda or with on of our bubble teas. The color mixes well with other syrups to make VIBRANT fun drinks! Its a different taste than the regular pear from Monin but AMAZING!
