Monin Premium Spiced Brown Sugar Flavoring Syrup 750 mL

This might be my favorite Fall flavored syrup. We have used it in espresso drinks and to make flavored whipped cream. It is sweet with a little spice.

First time trying this flavor and it is delicious! The flavor is very true to its name and represents the Monin brand well. We have used it in our hot coffee beverages and our cold brew coffees.

Like most everything else, the price of Monin syrups has gone up nearly $ a bottle. But the incentive to buy from Webstaurant isn’t there anymore when there’s always the anticipation on delivery day of whether or not your items are going to arrive intact or busted up. I can go to my local restaurant food supplier and get what I need immediately for the same price now, and not have to pay a monthly subscription. Unfortunately these variables will have many consumers shopping elsewhere.

I used this syrup with some of the pumpkin spice sauce by Monin to create a pumpkin spiced latte and it came out delicious. It was great hot or cold.

This is a pretty good syrup with a real brown sugar taste. I use it to help flavor a number of dishes. Its not necessarily a good standalone flavor in my book, but is excellent as an accent flavor.

The spiced brown sugar flavoring is great for coffees, but even better to use in the culinary aspect. The flavoring is perfect for making the best whipped topping for pumpkin pies.

This flavoring syrup tastes like liquid brown sugar. You know that brown sugar is good in almost anything. It gives a warmer and sweeter taste to hot drinks and works well for baking.

So so. It will work, but not a great flavor. There is a bubble gum after taste that's hard to disguise with other flavors. It was really hit and miss on popularity so we quit it.

Great product! Make sure you order 4 at a time so the Shipping/packaging is better! Otherwise, the bottles crush other things in your order or get syrup everywhere!

One of the most popular syrups I have in my coffee shop. Prepared either in a latte or a tea fog, with a dash of cinnamon customers rave about the flavour.

I'm not sure what the disconnect is with us and Monin syrups, but none of them have any sweetness to them. The Spiced Brown Sugar has some amazing flavor notes, but it's almost overpowered by the sharpness and almost alcohol flavor of the syrup. We probably won't be using it at all.

Love, love, love this flavoring! It is not over spicy like some pumpkin spices are and it reminds me of bbq sauce. It just has a nice rich flavor to it.
