As with the rest of Monin line, this flavoring is pretty good. I find that it is not as flavorful as it is sweet. By the time you get a real pineapple flavor it is overwhelmingly sweet to me. However, as I typically use it to flavor tea or smoothies it does not need to have a strong flavor but a hint.
