This compact, energy-efficient dishwasher features an undercounter design that's perfect for use in small commercial kitchens with limited space. It features adjustable legs for a height from 32 11/16"-33 3/16", and it combines durable interior and exterior 304 stainless steel construction with high-temperature sanitization for a reliable, easy-to-use dishwashing solution designed for busy kitchen environments. This undercounter dishwasher features 3 versatile, specialized wash cycles, including a standard dishware and utensil cycle, an extended cycle for cookware like pots and pans, and a gentle cycle that cleans delicate glassware with precision. Each cycle is designed with the right balance of power and care to ensure spotless results with every wash.

Designed for versatility, this undercounter dishwasher is made for convenient access with a 13 3/16" door opening for maximum clearance. It includes 1 flat dish rack for plates, 1 peg dish rack for glasses, and 1 dish rack for cups, as well as 2 cutlery cups to ensure organized washing. It also features a 6.1 gallon wash tank capacity. This item washes up to (30) 20" x 20" racks per hour or 750 dishes per hour, using only 0.8 gallons of water per rack at 20 PSI, for 25.5 gallons of water per hour. It features rounded tank corners with sound suppression-lined panels for quiet operation at 63dBa and revolving, interchangeable stainless steel wash / rinse arms, built-in detergent and rinse aid dispensers, and a dedicated timed de-lime cycle. For ease of use, it features a single-step drain-and-clean system and an automatic pump drain with a removable overflow tube. The unit features an electrical connection that is field convertible using the included copper jumper connectors, and it requires a 208V electrical connection for operation.

This powerful dishwasher features a water pressure range from 7.25 PSI to 101 PSI and a water temperature range from 50-122 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a built-in booster heater designed for high-temperature warewashing with a 3 gallon booster tank capacity, and it features an electronic PCB control with a temperature display, LED indicator lamps, and self-diagnostics readouts. A waterproof membrane covers the control switches for protection from moisture, and the unit features an IPX4 dust and water protection rating. It also includes connection hoses and everything needed for simple setup and immediate use. This 3 phase dishwasher is compatible with select Insigner accessories like additional racks, equipment stands, and drying racks (sold separately).
