To provide the operator with full control, this blender features a variable speed mechanism that allows you to adjust the rate at which you're whipping or emulsifying your products using the control knob on top of the handle.
For user safety, the unit requires two buttons to be pressed to start the unit, but once running, the lock button can be pressed for continuous operation without needing to hold any buttons.
The blending shaft easily detaches from the base so that it can be cleaned and stored efficiently. This blender is a little on the heavy side. I should have ordered the light weight one not the standard. However it’s a good blender and it gets the job done! I use this blender to make my cold process soaps.
