Boasting a 16" stainless steel blending shaft that allows you to blend, crush, chop, and puree foods with ease, this heavy-duty blender is a versatile tool that every commercial kitchen needs. Great for soups, sauces, batters, or mousses, this unit boasts 750W of power and a 1 hp motor for blending products from 4,000-16,000 RPM. It is capable of blending up to 32 gallons of product.

To provide the operator with full control, this blender features a variable speed mechanism that allows you to adjust the rate at which you're whipping or emulsifying your products using the control knob on top of the handle. For user safety, the unit requires two buttons to be pressed to start the unit, but once running, the lock button can be pressed for continuous operation without needing to hold any buttons. The blending shaft easily detaches from the base so that it can be cleaned and stored efficiently. This also makes it simple to mix and match this unit with a compatible whisk attachment or blending shaft of any size (sold separately). This unit requires a 120V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
