Great for soups, sauces, batters, or mousses, this unit boasts 750W of power and a 1 hp motor for blending products from 4,000-16,000 RPM. It is capable of blending up to 63 gallons of product.

The attachments for this immersion blender have an interlocking mechanism that keeps the attachment secure to the power pack. When installing the immersion blender arm or whisk, twist the power pack and attachment in opposing directions until you hear / feel them click into place.

We have used about five of these for our restaurants. They work great for about a year, then they stop working. It seems to stop working right about when the warranty runs out so you either get a replacement one or you go past the warranty period. Would not recommend. Looking for alternatives that last longer than a year.
